cookies

I made the most delish little cookies on Sunday for the Super Bowl!  I loved how easy they were to make and how delicatable they were to eat :) I have to say, they were quite the hit at the party!

I found the recipe on Pinterest MONTHS ago and stumbled back across it the other day when I was bored.  So glad I did!

I mean doesn't that picture just scream EAT ME! ha!

Recipe:

Funfetti Cake Batter Cookies    I got about 30 cookies
1 box vanilla cake mix, 18.25 oz
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 C color sprinkles

*Preheat oven to 350°.
*In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and baking powder. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, oil and vanilla. Add the egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the sprinkles. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet or silpat.

*Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to cooling rack. They will be very soft at first.

ENJOY!

I have plans and dreams of using different sprinkle colors through out the year... pink/red for Valentines, Red/Blue for 4th of July and Football, Red/Green for Christmas!  The options are endless :)
