27 weeks!

How Far Along? 27 weeks! 3rd trimester which means only 3 more months before we get to meet Miss Eleanor!!

Size? cauliflower. 14.5 in long  and 2 pounds!!!.

Baby Development? sleeping and waking at regular intervals.  She has begun to open her eyes too.

Maternity Clothes? I love leggings, a long tank, and oversized sweater! Pure comfortable bliss!

Weight Gain? 18 lbs.

Stretch Marks? still good in this area

Gender? Girly girl, Eleanor!

Sleep? so so good when I'm not waking up to eat Tums.

Movement? she hung out in my ribs all during church last Sunday.  She still loves to kick/punch straight down.

Food Cravings? mexican and oranges

Anything making you queasy or sick? nope!

Labor signs? nope

Belly button in or out? The top of my belly button is poking out and you could see it through my shirt the other day.
Wedding rings, on or off? still on and loose

What I Miss? sleeping flat on my back and on my stomach. Fitting into cute clothes.
Symptoms? Killer back pain all the way through the 3hrs of watching the Hobbit in the theaters.  I just could not get comfortable. Once I got up and moved around, I was fine but those seats did not mesh well with my pregnant self, especially for 3 hours! Oh and HEARTBURN is ridiculous.

Happy or Moody? I had a moment a few days ago of being overly emotional but once I had a moment to cool off and take a reality check, I was back to my normal self.
Nursery: well we took some steps backwards this week.  The adorable table that I thought was in route, was canceled and we had to start hunting again.  But we have found another one and I must say I love it more than the 1st!  We had some change of plans and didn't get to bring the bookshelf back from my mom's but she is going to bring it up when she comes in 2 weeks! Lastly, I took advantage of the current sale at Restoration Hardware and bought 2 cute pink and white striped bins for the bookshelf and a wall card holder to display pictures and invitations!

Best Moment of the Week?  Getting to see lots of friends at an engagement party this past weekend! Making some good purchases for the nursery!

  1. I am a new follower and just a few weeks ahead of you! You look great and I love the name Eleanor as my niece is named that, too! Enjoy the final home stretch!
